Executive Summary
Cabbage Patch Settlement House is a Christian non-profit organization based in Louisville, KY. The organization serves at-risk children, youth, and their families by equipping them with the tools they need to become self-sufficient. They do this by helping participants realize and maximize their economic, educational, emotional, moral, physical, social, and spiritual potential.
Organizational programs range from recreation and youth development, education, and counseling, and family development. Through the delivery of these programs, paired with the use of TraxSolutions® faith management software, the organization can easily collect better data to share with funders and stakeholders. This data includes the ability to highlight 11,681 visits and an average daily attendance rate of 46 to the organization’s education programs. Further, the organization can showcase 25,176 through the door visits from children and youth annually. Important to maintaining and building these program participation numbers is communication. For this, the organization uses TraxSolutions’ TraxTalk module to send automated real-time attendance notifications and important messages directly to mobile devices, giving heads of household peace of mind when participants have arrived and left programs and the center.
